NDDOT Starting Salary: $5,271 / month

Job Duties

Direct activities for Drivers License Examiners Staff to include:

Scheduling
Training, Monitoring and Coaching
Create and Manage Driver Skill Test Schedule
Coordinate Training Schedules
Coordinate Examiner Timesheet and Leave Requests
Conduct Training, including Basic Training, Class D, CDL, Motorcycle and Fraud Detection
Reconcile Deposits and Credit Card Transactions
Conduct Full Examiner Duties, as needed
Examiner Performance Management/Monitoring
Promote Positive and Professional Office Environment
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
A satisfactory driving record for the last five years.
Three years of Customer Service or Drivers License examining experience that included providing training and guidance, lead work, or supervision.
Requires satisfactory completion of the interview process and a verifiable record of satisfactory performance in previous position.
