NDDOT Starting Salary: $3,311 per month

Scanning Preparation and Imaging of Documents

Receive, sort, and batch mail for imaging process.
Create batch to scan documents.
Verify quality and correctness of imaged documents.
Incoming Mail Process

Log all incoming mail.
Open, date stamp, sort, and route mail.
Receive branch office daily paperwork.
Receive daily notice of incomplete correspondence.
Receive and process the division unclaimed mail.
Additional Records Process

File and retrieve documents for the division
Other Support Operation Duties as Assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Two years of office support, clerical or secretarial work experience.
Coursework in a vocational office support or closely related program may substitute for work experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Requires satisfactory completion of the interview process and a verifiable record of satisfactory performance in previous employment. Employment is contingent upon the results of a background check.
